Web Developer (and Designer)

We are currently looking to hire a Web Developer with excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL and HTML+CSS (Javascript and/or AJAX is a plus), initially on a per project basis. We are looking for a perfectionist with a proven passion for all matters Web and Technology. Initially, the tasks will involve adapting our website to a dynamic format and creating (from scratch) a few applications for our day-to-day work.
You will work from your own home/office with occasional in-person meetings (thus, candidate MUST live in Hong Kong)

Specific requirements are:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL and XHTML/HTML+CSS
• Experience in developing (multilingual) Content Management Systems and Order Management Systems
• Experience in cross-browser Javascript and/or AJAX (& other programming languages) is a plus
• Experience/proficiency in graphics production is a plus
• Organized and a good communicator
• Highly motivated and a fast learner
• Must have own development tools + broadband web-connectivity
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates with portfolio of previously completed projects will have an advantage
• The ability to speak two or more languages and an interest in languages is a plus.
